Orders & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my hamper?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times with Australia via standard shipping below (express options are generally 1-3 days):

  • NSW 3 - 7 business days
  • QLD 3 - 10 business days
  • SA 4 - 7 business days

You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is available on most orders and can be selected during checkout.

Can I choose a delivery date?

While we can't guarantee a specific delivery date. Please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes! We deliver to most locations across Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

What happens if no one is home?

Most hampers will be left in a safe place if deemed safe by the courier.

If it's not safe to leave, the courier may leave a collection card or arrange redelivery.

Can I track my order?

Once your hamper has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

We carefully select products that taste amazing while supporting a compassionate lifestyle, making our hampers perfect for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Are all your hampers vegan?

Yes.

Every product included in our hampers is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Are your hampers gluten free?

All food products included in our hampers are gluten-free by ingredient and suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.

The only exception is Heaps Normal Another Lager, which is classified as low gluten rather than gluten-free.

Products labelled as gluten-free are generally considered suitable for people with coeliac disease.

If you have any concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Are your hampers suitable for people with allergies?

While we carefully select products, many are produced in facilities that also handle allergens including nuts, dairy, soy and gluten.

Please read individual product labels if purchasing for someone with allergies.

Do your hampers contain alcohol?

Some hampers include alcoholic beverages, while many are completely alcohol-free.

Each product page clearly lists what's included.

Gift Giving

Can I include a personalised message?

Yes!

Simply add your message during checkout and we'll include a complimentary gift card with your hamper.

Will the recipient see the price?

No.

We never include invoices or pricing inside our gift hampers.

Can I send a hamper directly to the recipient?

Absolutely.

Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes.

We use recyclable packaging wherever possible and choose products from brands that share our values around sustainability and ethical production.

Can I customise a hamper?

At this stage we offer carefully curated hampers designed to suit a range of occasions.

Can I add extra products?

Yes.

You can add individual products to your order before checkout where available.

Returns & Damages

What if my hamper arrives damaged?

If your hamper arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return a hamper?

Due to the perishable nature of many food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
