What happens if my hamper is damaged during delivery?

We promise you that our vegan hampers leave us in pristine condition and are well packed. Due to us using third party couriers, we can't guarantee no issues will arise with our vegan hampers Australia.
If there is an issue please contact us immediately at hello@herbivorehampers.com.au with photos and we will endeavour to replace the hamper as soon as possible

I changed my mind or no longer want my hamper

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on change of mind orders for vegan hampers. However, we can offer a refund if you contact us prior to dispatch at hello@herbivorehampers.com.au

I haven't received my hamper yet

Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with our courier timeframes before contacting us. 
If you haven't received your vegan hampers within the timeframe please contact us at hello@herbivorehampers.com.au and we will begin an investigation with our courier to determine its whereabouts in Australia.
We do not offer refunds if your order is delivered late or has been marked 'delivered' from our courier.
